To keep our plans affordable and focused, we do not manage these conditions:
Cancer, autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders
We manage stable, uncomplicated depression or anxiety that does not require controlled medications. We do not manage bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD requiring stimulants, or complex psychiatric conditions.
We do not prescribe chronic opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulant medications, or other controlled substances. This protects you across FAA/FMCSA especially.
Cardiology, neurology, rheumatology, etc.
Long-term opioid therapy, pain clinics
Hospital care, ER visits, urgent care
Surgeries, hospital procedures, infusions
Substance abuse treatment, MAT programs
Prenatal care, high-risk OB management, gynecologic procedures, or fertility treatment. Basic counseling and management of common conditions such as PCOS or simple infections are included.
Note: Our memberships are designed for basic primary care of common conditions only. For any of the above conditions, you would need to see appropriate specialists or seek care elsewhere.
Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin, a $300 re-enrollment fee will apply.
